8yWe value our employee’s commitment and dedication and look to promote from within when the need arises to grow a department. Any eligible Employee will be considered for open positions should they express interest and meet the criteria of the new role.
Changes in Policies and procedures are necessary with a growing staff. This can lead to some confusion with staff. Our goal is to communicate clearly when changes will take place and why.
We send all members of Management and Administrative staff to training and CE courses throughout the year to stay current on the newest developments, rules and regulations regarding our industry, and managing a growing staff. We understand the need to continue to grow our knowledge ensuring our staff can reach full potential during their tenure with Nextlink. Some turnover in this industry is to be expected however, we want to make sure we take the necessary steps to ensure our staff is happy. We ask that any employee with a grievance come visit with any member of Management or HR to discuss so we can rectify the situation and make the necessary changes or improvements.
