There’s lots of help available in order to get the job done. Management is very transparent about there expectation. Very self driven job. Management is very involved in the day to day operations. Both owners are very welcoming, and always available to answer questions. Plenty of opportunity for those who want to put in the work.

Cons

The only con about working at Nexus is the pressure of not being able to achieve what is expected of you.

Casual dress only after I dropped a suggestion in the suggestion box multiple times stating we don't get paid enough to maintain a professional wardrobe

They promote within, which sounds nice, but it basically means they promote people that have no experience or skill in their position, they've just been around a while.

We honor our nurses for the difficult work that they do and value their knowledgeable input. Our team enjoys many events that Nexus puts on monthly to include, ice cream parties, catering lunch in, company wide potlucks, catered breakfasts and many more! We celebrate our team!!
