      The employees are friendly. If your good at your position, management leaves you alone. You get an hour lunch and decent benefits.

      No room for growth Late performance evaluations Management slacks and puts the work on their employees High expectations Management expects their employees to stay late to finish the work load while they leave on time.

      Pretty sad, can't think of 1.

      Cons

      EXTREME Micromanagement Management team is awful and will talk bad about you to other employees. Management is not properly trained Policy's and procedures are not followed People clock out for lunch and continue working just so they can complete their daily work. Nurses are not respected If you talk to HR you will get fired Reviews are not on time
