Casual dress only after I dropped a suggestion in the suggestion box multiple times stating we don't get paid enough to maintain a professional wardrobe

They promote within, which sounds nice, but it basically means they promote people that have no experience or skill in their position, they've just been around a while.

Nexus has had a dress down work environment for over 4 years! This post must be from someone who worked at Nexus many years ago. Nexus has grown greatly and along the way always strived for better. Current reviews should be paramount from people who can attest to the experience they receive on a daily basis.

Pros

Huge clean new (empty) office building. Free coffee. Nice spacious cubicle areas. Very quiet working environment. Free mini gym and printer for staff.

Cons

The benefits are pitiful. It’s so quiet and empty because almost everyone I started with has quit. The training was a joke. The worst I have seen in my career in the last 25 years. You are left to just “figure it out” for yourself. You will have no idea what’s happening because meetings are constantly cancelled and no one communicates with each other. Your schedule will constantly change at the last minute and you’ll be expected to come in early, work late and pump out the maximum number of cases daily they can squeeze out of you for the least amount of pay. They have totally unrealistic expectations and seem clueless why they keep losing staff. Absolutely nothing redeemable about any of the management. RUN AWAY FAST!
