Cons

There have been a lot of changes in a short period of time. Management is scrambling to define processes, ownership and policy. Communication within the company has been challenging.

This company is growing rapidly and there are great opportunities to learn and develop your career here. The management works hard to enable employees to maintain work/life balance, and stay focused on customers.

Cons

With all the recent growth space is tight and the company is planning to move to new space in February.

Pros

I have been at NexusTek for less than a year and the Company has improved greatly over that time. There is far more opportunity now than when I was initially hired. The people are fantastic and I love solving clients problems. I enjoying working at a growing Company that cares about its employees. Not everyone is cut out to solve customer problems, but those who are will be rewarded for it, in my opinion.

Cons
