Pros

Benefits are great and wfh is a plus. You are able to roll over PTO up to your max. Their 401k match could be higher.

Cons

They do not pay their Sr. Engineers enough and when you show management 3 different pay scales for your area of what they should be paying you they ignore you. When you have been there a long time or over 50 they get rid of you. They do not offer any career opportunities for engineers after getting a Sr. position.

Pros

The company is gaining real traction in the market and has expanded its offerings, which creates excitement and job security. It's energizing to work for a company that's clearly moving in the right direction. Leadership has done an solid job communicating the company vision, everyones role in getting there. This alignment eliminates confusion and makes work more purposeful. Management is approachable, supportive, and makes smart strategic decisions. They create an environment where employees can do their best work without unnecessary obstacles. Coworkers are helpful, talented, and create an environment where people want to come to work. The culture feels authentic rather than forced.

Cons

Success can sometimes mean growing pains as processes and systems work to keep up with expansion. Occasionally this can create temporary inefficiencies.
