      Pros

      There is no pro to work at Nexustek.

      Cons

      Nexustek doesn't care about their clients' nor do they care about their employees. I have seen several people just walk away because of the work conditions. As long as a client is billable they would like you to do whatever you can to bill them except fix the client! They are losing people faster then they can replace them. Career opportunities are non-existing.

      Pros

      The Salary is good. Many good coworkers to work with. Excellent clients. Alot of project work. Datacenter infrastructure.

      Cons

      Management is focused on profits by enforcing a daily billable goal, if that goal is not met it is expected that the employee meets the goal (you'll likely need to work in the off hours, essentially you'll be working nightly). Additionally management is hostile if any billable time is threatened. The mandatory oncall does not compensate well enough. You will be waken up multiple times per night with false alerts due to oversensitive alerting. The support tools used are outdated as there is little investment in the internal infrastructure.
