Pros

Salary is quite competitive relative to the Philippine UCaaS and CCaaS landscapes. Organization is also generous with COVID benefits. I was infected during my first month of employment but they provided me with 2 weeks' worth of sick leaves.

Cons

Nice CXOne isn't a "cool" place to work in compared to others, which is okay since they don't advertise themselves as one. Virtual and live events are seldom. Employee engagement from the upper management is lacking. They do try hard be one. If you're not into such things, Nice CXOne is the perfect company for you.
