Pros
A global company with a high ranking and among the largest companies in the Israeli economy. A very interesting and highly focused company in terms of business, which is constantly innovating.
Cons
From all that I have managed to understand so far, the only downside I have identified is the difficulty in getting the promotion for senior positions in the company, and the lack of identification and definition of "numbers 2" for senior executives.
