      Pros

      The projects are interesting and challenging, technologically. The staff is smart and very supportive. Direct management is ready to assist their teams to accomplish their goals.

      Cons

      Many of the staff are contract workers who work through external staffing comanies, not direct hires. They do the same work and have the same responsibilities as the direct hires, but they receive less in salary, benefits and educational and professional opportunities. Although the contract worker system may make sense from an accounting perspective, the differences in compensation promotes a feeling of alienation among the otherwise dedicated contract staff.
