      Below average salaries 1st level management and above have to work overtime. Continual crisis mode Need to be discreet with criticism Lack of clear upper management goals with confusions with release updates.

      Global company with plenty opportunities to grow, but still gives you the feeling of a small and warm company NICE is a very stable company for over 20 years always using (and creating) top of technology

      Cons

      if you are into it just for the Money ... well NICE is not the place for you NICE targets to be 50%(average) of the benchmark, but in reality it's more like at the bottom of the benchmark ( but not below it)
