      NICE plays in a very interesting domain and has tremendous growth opportunities Its a big company with the agility of a smaller company, easy to maneuver and get things done Strong Global leadership and vision

      Cons

      Hard to find a growth path especially in the APAC region. NICE APAC going through a transformation, but i am sure it will come out strong in a few years
