      good company to work for, with great people. the technology might not be the top of the line but still it somewhere high up in the list.

      Cons

      has problem to release people that are not right to the job, worng people can remain on position and do damage to the company

      Pros

      NICE had acquired our start-up company so that we became a part of the huge company. The bright side: better business opportunities for our product, more interesting projects, including working abroad.

      Bureaucracy of a larger company slows down some of the processes.

      Pros

      Global company with plenty opportunities to grow, but still gives you the feeling of a small and warm company NICE is a very stable company for over 20 years always using (and creating) top of technology

      Cons

      if you are into it just for the Money ... well NICE is not the place for you NICE targets to be 50%(average) of the benchmark, but in reality it's more like at the bottom of the benchmark ( but not below it)
