It's a nice time at NiCE

I started at Nice a few months ago and so far have nothing but good things to say. From an engineering standpoint I can tell that they place a higher emphasis on code and architecture quality than other places I've worked, which has been great. From a work-life standpoint the hybrid schedule is very doable (even for someone that's worked remotely for years). And the company events have been fun and quite common (celebrating March-madness kick off for example). As well the office provides a salad bar lunch and bagels on Wednesdays!

Cons

I haven't been here long enough to speak to the bonus structures, but will update this if I remember.

Cons

Growth is very difficult at NICE. They do not value paying employees a fair market rate or giving promotions or raises even when it's hard earned. Small annual salary increases are non-existent here.
