      * New executive leadership team that has an exciting and clear vision on where they want to take the company * 40 years of CX industry leadership, profitable and stable company * Industry leadership in AI and that is compounded by recent acquisition of Cognigy * Transitioning from a mature, steady-state company to a growth company

      Cons

      Back-office processes and tools are inefficient and cumbersome - this has been acknowledged by the new leadership, and they are working to address it, but it takes time.

      Good pay and balance, but poor upper leadership

      Leadership past middle management is pretty hypocritical and conceited. The tech is stuck in the past. The global engineering teams can be exceedingly difficult to work with.
