Pros

Gaining customer service experience skills

Cons

They do not offer yearly raises. "We'll talk about it at the end of the year." When the time comes, it's becomes taboo to bring up salary raises.

Mediocre - Lackluster company

Pros

Market leader supportive SE’s Base pay ok. Not worst, not best. There are some reps making decent money at Nice, I was however was not one of them. Doesn’t micromanage. Good WLB

Cons

Expensive company to work for. healthcare premiums very costly. No RSU’s. 401k match is lousy - very long vesting period. I left after 3 years and my 401k all in with the Nice match was $4k vs. $11k had I been fully vested. They use PayFlex as their Flexspend provider. It’s garbage. I’m still fighting them after submitting same receipts for same things 5x. Small list of accounts worked over by former reps that don’t fit the profile for CXone. Your success is entirely based on your assigned account list. Lots of favoritism. The decent accounts I had worth were taken out of my module and given to another rep. Commission plan is borderline illegal and overly complex. Tons of red tape, big company and if you’re from the start-up world, I’d avoid at all costs. Old school still uses bell curve for performance. If you’re a woman it’s even harder to succeed here. Layoffs they try and hide
