      Pros

      Company supports working remotely. Internal processes are well established (sometimes overwhelming) and fully enforced. Lots of smart employees who are supportive and willing to help others learn the ropes.

      Cons

      Management is ruthless. Military like discipline. Mantra from some executives "Killed or be killed" and "You have a license to kill". And the HR team does nothing to prevent this type of treatment. Executives seems disconnected from the real world. Not focused on the well being of their employees at all, just wants revenue and doesn't care how you get it. If you don't get it then your fired. Stay away from this company - the culture is HORRIBLE!

      Nice atmosphere and work environment, big and successful company. Flexibility and life- work balance.

      Cons

      A big company- bureaucracy and a lot of managerial levels, slow processes, hard to move internally.
