      Trying to stay current by acquiring new technology. Some nice people to interact with but not many.

      Cons

      Hard to trust anyone as it all about internal competitions. Vary siloed as many products overlap on functionality.

      * vast opportunities to learn, grow and even earn!!! * highly-empowered environment * supportive team * everyone is driven

      Cons

      * there are just times you "get lost in a giant maze"; as individual contributors in a lean organization, you are left to look for your own answers.......but the good this is you just need to ask......because the answers are actually there.... :-)

      Pros

      Most of the Professional Services team members work remotely. Services resources are located globally. PMs are given the opportunity to run their projects as entrepreneurs. It is challenging and can be satisfying.

      Cons

      While the work load is high and you have a lot of responsibilities, there is very little room for advancement within the organization.
