Pros
Huge opportunities for showing your talent, company in many ways is still a startup- by nature - meaning there is always room for innovation and creativity
Solid company if you want Hi-Tech but with stability, this is a great place, salary's are average for the industry - but you have a certain security knowing the company won't go bankrupt tomorrow
Global Company - you will have the opportunity to be exposed to the entire world and all of its verticals - so a great place to tase the 'global market'
Strong - can do approach - the company is many times lead by the sales /deals - everyone works for them, and no matter the rank of the person - the moment there is a customer request (which comes from sales) you see how entire groups can be mobilized to work together to make a deal happen, very exciting (and rewarding)
Good (overall) work/life balance - though travel can be a killer sometimes... but i guess that's how it goes
Cons
The company is BIG - meaning that there is a great level of bureaucracy for getting anything done. you do find yourselves frustrated sometimes - regarding how many hurdles you need to cross in order to accomplish a great idea (which is many times backed by your boss and his boss and so on)
Compensation could be higher. Work is demanding and across mutiple time zones - so you would expect more (stable and solid company as it may be)
