      Pros

      i am nearing to complete the 3 month in Nice Has Good facilities, Company Arranges variety of events. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Very hectic shifts timing ( 9 hrs shift timing + Pickup/drop timing ) daily nearly minimum 11 hrs devotes for office. NO Saturday /Sunday weekly off, difficult to provide time to Kids specially on weekends ( Saturday/Sunday) when they have weekly OFF. NO Public Holidays, as we works in rotation shifts. NO cooperation from Manager - Over all still not enjoying the work. People are not willing to share their knowledge which is required to work in NOC. Shift roster gets changes frequently for all and individual.

      Pros

      I don't see anything positive here, HR might give you lucrative options like work from home facility , flexible timings good compensation but that's not true at all . Not a right place for experience people .

      Cons

      - Dont care abote employees - Parking issue every day - No wfh facilities - flexible timings , just a word here not true - Worst cafeteria - Get a feel of service company not a product company culture - HR will create a propblem in everything behave like the are owner of NICE India Not a right place for experience people .
