      Pros

      After 25 years in the public sector, it was a culture shock to be warmly welcomed into a professional, creative, innovative, and supportive work environment. I read a lot of reviews here before deciding to make the leap into this new world of corporate life, and I've never regretted it for an instant. I think what helps make this a positive environment is that we all have the same goals, so we support each other to achieve success. NICE values its employees and invests a lot of time in training and sharing information.

      Cons

      I work from home and travel. The only cons are my dog mopes around the house when I'm gone and sits right under my feet when I'm home!

      Pros

      Excellent company. I had been with the completion, Verint, for a total of about 10 yrs through acquisitions and would never go back to them. I would recommend NICE as an employer and vendor any day.

      Management changes impact both employees and clients.
