      Pros

      New things to explore on cloud and liberty to select technologies for product development.

      Cons

      Not such as except variable pay in annual package. Vendor's food quality is not up to mark as per charge, foods and breakfast are not subsidized in cafeteria.

      Pros

      Most NICE products are unique and cutting edge. They sell to many Fortune 500 companies.

      Cons

      For a tech company they are not cutting edge when it comes to culture and work environment. They operate as a call center with theme parties to get people excited about the office, which is immature. NICE has zero flexibility with working times and working from home. They just don't care! For a tech company the internal systems are dated, especially the HR systems. If you want to a place you have to clock in and out, this is your place folks!
