      Good team, helping manager & colleagues, niche domain

      Cons

      No work life balance for people working on different timezone, need to work in both general shift and work from home after regular hours. Poor payer. Higher management is not good in Pune office. Less leaves. No sick leaves.

      Good products, name recognition, market leader

      Cons

      CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! they pay well under the industry average, across the board. They're moving a lot of jobs off shore in order to not have to pay US based salaries. EVERY quarter they indicate that results are poor in order to justify poor raises/no raises, little to no bonus. After they've screwed their people the results come back as spectacular - record growth.
