      A market leader in a substantial market, direct sales force with accounts in most of the fortune 100 companies as its install base, very strong management team that is making things happen, between divesting 2 new businesses, two very meaningful acquisitions and refining strategy and execution across the company. The company offer a wide array of career opportunities and has offers career path management with dedicated training and progress by skill / focus area.

      Cons

      Being a leading and competitive company means there's always work to be done. work life balance is challenging with the need to be available in various time zones.

      NICE is rapidly becoming Enterprise Software Company with clear strategy and execution. Under the leadership of Barak Eilam, the company's business is growing by focusing and extending it core offerings. NICE is developing cutting edge analytics technologies and Cloud offerings, reinventing the Call Center market and the Financial Fraud Prevention market.

      Cons

      NICE is in transition from its root as a "hardware" base company (call recording) to enterprise software company offering sophisticated solutions. The transition come with growing pains.

      Used to be a good company to work for. Priorities have fell off a cliff. Company no longer cares about employees/customers. Current pros, none.

      Cons

      Awful lower and middle management. Top managmemt is only focused on thier bonuses and stock price. Customers and employees are last priority. Buggy software and poor quality.
