      Working from home. Decent bonus.

      Cons

      They have transferred support to India without telling the customers who have noticed straightaway the decline in the support and service offered by these new team. They dismantled a very successful team and now WFM support is in dire straits. The management are clueless..RIP NICE

      Coworkers are awesome. Kitchen stocked with food. Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Unstructured environment. Management doesn't listen to employees or customers. Changing process and procedures doesn't happen. Backbone of the work force is overworked. If you like to be in a system where you never know if you are being lied to or you don't mind management talking to you like a dog on a chain. You will love this place.
