      Pros

      They just updated the office and it is a great new feel.

      Cons

      They require us to reserve desks when going into office which sucks. But it is still nice that we only go in twice a week.

      NICE is always evolving its application offerings, constantly evolving solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements. The collective team is smart, industrious, and dedicated to the work. Customers are well-known names with great feedback that the product development teams are happy to integrate into the solution. Benefits are great: PTO up to five weeks before personal and sick days. New CEO has high energy and ambition. Look forward to great influence across the company and improvements to employee benefits.

      Workload can be heavy. Pay can be stagnant unless you change positions.
