      Pros

      A successful company that managed to turn itself from a recording and infrastructure company to a true solution provider (sounds like buzz words, but is real). From a business perspective, the company shows double-digit growth on all important parameters.

      Cons

      A trully terible organizational culture. No respect for the individual. Lack of processes and methodlogy. Too many good employees are looking for another job.

      Company is the leader in its market and well known. You are exposed to a lot of knowledge and a wide type of industries.

      Work is very challenging and a lot of internal competition and internal politics.

      Pros

      Has a strong brand and a great product. Strategic vision is coming together. Most of their employees go above and beyond what they should be expected to do to fill the gaps because of understaffing.

      Cons

      There seems to be a glass ceiling for Americans, especially women. Everyone is expected to do the work of 2 people. It is hard to give high customer service because of lack of resources/investment in services and infrastructure.
