you'll get gifts, parties and flexibility in terms of leaves. food here is good office space is also good

Cons

says its a product based but works like service based, not at all supportive to get comfortable with the product and thinks that someone will master a product just by 1 week training. No one in the whole company completely knows the product and by the time some gets comfortable they usually leave the company.
