      flexible work timming good managers products are awesome latest technologies long term goals are met

      many kind, helpful coworkers free soda

      Cons

      management bends over to customers with no push back, sets unreasonable deadlines, expects employees to push themselves to meet 2 week releases with no time for testing. Support staff is incompetent and no effort is made to fix this. Management claims the constant release cycles will slow and allow time for testing, but disregards this for any customer demand no matter how small or trivial. Sometimes a release build will be produced and then release literally two hours later with no warning. Also, no 401k matching.
