      Pros

      NiSource is a great place to work and grow a fruitful career. From the top of the house down, I work for good people that give a damn about me and my family. Work/life balance is taken seriously. Employee safety is our number one priority.

      Cons

      Very few negatives. All companies have them. I think it is up to me to find ways to work around negative issues.

      Pros

      Most of the jobs at the company are pretty flexible and actually do take into consideration a work-life balance. The ability to move around to different departments is available, but only if there is space. Work is generally pretty easy as

      Cons

      There is still an old-school mentality within the culture, as there are a lot of people there who have been there for 10+ years. You are only able to grow within the organization if there is room for you in another area. Majority of jobs are treated as expendable and there is no effort to retain the employees worth keeping.
