Great culture, benefits, location. Pay is about in line with the local market, but certain areas tend to be less liberal with their advancement opportunities than others. flex time

Cons

I have seen some questionable manager decisions in my time there, and there seems to be a lot of turnover

Pros

Landing this job has been such a blessing. Wonderful coworkers, fantastic environment. It feels like working with all the relatives you like, it's very family oriented.

Cons

It would be nice to have flex scheduling. The fear of being fired if you are late even once is quite stressful.
