      I love a lot of the people I work with, the pay is pretty good for the industry

      New management came in and cut everyone's budgets and tried to change everything all at once, and it created a mess. I used to enjoy working here but I started watching the life being drained out of everyone, because turnover was so high, no one really knows what they are doing now. All upper management seems to care about is how much money can we make for shareholders and not their actual value and missions. That's why they cut everyone's budgets, and now we don't even get any perks like coffee in the office, and the offices are never cleaned, it's gotten pretty bad. They have also started micro-managing like I have never seen before.
