Pros

Good Vacation, Good Benefits, seems like you can move around a lot in the Company if you wish. Pretty good Pay. They promote Teamwork and will do a lot to allow employees to get to know each other even if you work in other offices. It seemed like they had good training.

Cons

It seems if you aren't a corporate robot you won't last here. You are just a number and they don't care at all about your personal life. I had some awful things happen in my personal life in a very short time. I slept in a couple times due to extreme stress and insomnia, and they terminated me. I can maybe understand if I was a very young entry level employee, but I was a professional for almost 10 years with no employment gaps and had glowing recommendations from old bosses during my interview process. It taught me a lesson though, if you work for a big corporation you are just a number in the system.

Pros

Various career opportunities. Tuition reimbursement. Excellent benefits. Great co-workers. CEO Bob Skaggs is an awesome leader.

Cons

When jobs are eliminated or moved HR doesn't seem to be much help in trying to find everyone a new job within the company. Too much knowledge and talent is being pushed out of the company. Project bonuses not given out in a fair manner -the ones doing the heaviest lifting are usually getting the least amounts..
