Benefits were good. Pay was alright. Lots of vacation.

Cons

They'd take away toilet paper in the bathrooms to save money if they thought they could get away with it. The execs just rotate between utility companies every few years and look for ways to cut departments

This place is terrible. Just read the reviews and not the good ones. Those are from the c suite trying to keep their overall rating above 3 stars because they know it’s a terrible company to work for.

Work/life balance is pretty nice with ample vacation and sick time.

Cons

Technology is not up to date. Management micro manages. At home agents do not have as much "supportive" support as desired. Inconsistent policies/procedures.
