Pros

At the Columbus HQ, they promote a lot from within. Other pros: benefits pay good amount of time off even as a new hire

Cons

depending on the job there can be a lot of OT but the pay is good for those positions

Pros

It's a utility company, so should have decent job security. Most employees really do care and have a good work ethic. Good insurance.

Cons

No cost of living raise and only a 3% merit raise this year, so I'm making at least 5% less than last year due to inflation. Some employees are leaving and receiving significantly higher compensation at other companies. New CEO is bringing in a lot of new upper management and it looks like you must be a minority to qualify.
