      The pay is OK at best.

      Cons

      Company executives admitted (bragged) about over charging Healthcare insurance and pocketing millions as their bonuses. Most contractors that work for us make more money than us. Management is horrible, they micro manage because that's all they know how to do. Supervisors can't answer simple questions because of inexperience. Non union employees are always stepping on toes to get ahead.

      You work indoors with heat and ac.

      Cons

      Nonstop calls of customers yelling and screaming about their gas getting shut off. People calling in begging to keep their heat on or get a payment plan. Bathroom breaks are timed. Lunch is down to the second, one second late = late. YOU HAVE TO PULL THROUGH PARK IN THE PARKING SPACE , do a safety check around your vehicle and place a cone on your dash or hood.
