Company functionally operates on best practices and operational notices while standards are slow to be updated and are contradictory rather than clarifying. The lack of structure, process implementation, and employee understanding roles and responsibilities is really starting to shine through more as time goes on. Engineering turnover is not so bad but groups that Engineering works with closely sees turnover and it effects the engineer.

Join with caution. The outsourcing is just beginning so major changes and non stop projects will be coming to corporate roles to facilitate the change. Pretty standard 50 plus hour work work weeks now and for the foreseeable future with 4 plus hours of meetings every day.
