Pros

Good Vacation, Good Benefits, seems like you can move around a lot in the Company if you wish. Pretty good Pay. They promote Teamwork and will do a lot to allow employees to get to know each other even if you work in other offices. It seemed like they had good training.

Cons

It seems if you aren't a corporate robot you won't last here. You are just a number and they don't care at all about your personal life. I had some awful things happen in my personal life in a very short time. I slept in a couple times due to extreme stress and insomnia, and they terminated me. I can maybe understand if I was a very young entry level employee, but I was a professional for almost 10 years with no employment gaps and had glowing recommendations from old bosses during my interview process. It taught me a lesson though, if you work for a big corporation you are just a number in the system.

Pros

Flexible schedule Not labor intensive Set hours

Cons

Low compensation compared to everyone else. Reverse Discrimination. Many people you work with tend to be head hunters. It’s not a team environment, everyone is out for themselves.

Pros

If you enjoy directing the offshore teams to do the needful, you will enjoy it here. Would not be surprised if our already meager bonuses are further reduced due to nebulous missed targets. Departments constantly trying to push work onto other departments, no team work as a company.

Cons

Outsource everything. There is no valid reason to want to join under this management. Your efforts will become stuck in a quagmire of project management and funding battles. Conflicting directions come down from on high every 3 months or so, too bad you already got 90% of the project completed before it's no longer needed. Financial equity for the people actually doing the work is not here. Expect to see executive leadership getting all kinds of stock grants every other month and cashing them out for big bucks while you hope for your meager 5%. Raises do not beat inflation, so unless you are promoted, you will always lose more and more ground every year.
