Pros

Decent pay. If you're favored, then you can do well career-wise. The organization has good intentions to grow and develop but does not have the right strategic plans in place.

Cons

The business is slowly deteriorating from within. Too much human capital toxic waste. Turnover is skyrocketing without adequate replenishment. Resources are extremely lean, reinvestment back into the business is slowly improving but a long ways away.
