There aren't any because the pay is too low but in a down economy who can complain if you are employed.
Cons
This is the most racist company I've ever worked for in my life. I've never heard the word ni:-):-)er used as much in my life. This place is horrible and if you work for the company and you work in Mooresville, Indiana you will be treated poorly and preyed upon if you have a decent education and a sizeable savings account and are not from this area and don't look like or family members of the human resource director or the people they put in charge. They are hiring minorities and putting them in supervisor positions to keep this secret from getting out. The culture here is horrible. I feel sorry for everyone who has no choice but to endure it to pay bills. Hopefully you make it out but in the meantime enjoy your blue hairnets because you won't see any real money anytime soon.
