Free soda, nice family running the company.

Cons

Ever since the new CIO started things have been pretty bad. He is spending money on technologies that he doesn't know how to implement ripping out stuff that is actually working. The IT team has about 100% turnover right now. The CIO style is to leave people in the dark and surprise them with massive change in direction and doesn't know how to bring people along and actually lead. It is now a toxic situation.

Make own schedule; company operates on speed of trust process. Great benefits. Not a lot of turnover in sales, but in the rest of the company I am not sure

Cons

Doesn't seem to have much opportunity for advancement, because of lack of sales turnover. But, that is a good thing I suppose as well. Training was mediocre at best.

Cons

Rumors, rumors, rumors. VERY clicky (those who know what I'm talking about) environment. Detracts heavily from the ability to work effectively and in peace. Pay.
