Pros

Depending on which department you are in you have a lot of flexibility and autonomy. Do your work and do it well, and you will get along great. They have great benefits, the people are awesome, and working from home when necessary is a nice plus.

Cons

Not all departments have work from home policies and it's very subjective to whether or not your boss seems to like you.

Pros

Most of the people that work here are great people to work with. They are hard workers and believe in doing it the right way.

Cons

Management and owner do not seem to share the same mind set as the people in the Pros Section (The worker Bees). They tell you one thing but don't follow through with it. The perception to the employees is that they don't really care about their employees, they only care about numbers.
