No pros. They are so far behind they have been lapped lapped, but because they’re ahead, they think they’re winning.

Cons

Bad work environment. People are too busy gossiping and spreading rumors than figuring out their work.

Pros

Nicholas used to be an amazing place to work. Salaries were competitive, HR did amazing things for their employees. Nowadays that's all gone though. Expect poor raises and minimum effort from HR. The vast majority of the people are still pleasant to work with.

Good benefits, good pay that's it nothing more there isn't twenty positive words to attribute to the company. Oh free soda!

Cons

Delivery driver take everyone's responsibility. Is always drivers fault. Had a ramp fold in half. Crummy equipment crummier management. They showed no concern for my health or well being, just asked if the ramp is operable
