Pros

Nice people, good working environment, challenging projects, decent pay and bennies.

Cons

Not a lot of communication from top management as far as company direction. Don't hardly ever see CEOs. They don't seem to be very invested in their own company. Not consistent management through departments - some are good, some are not. There is a lot of turnover at the company which makes one wonder. Culture is good if it was followed. Was good when I started 4 years ago, had declined quite a bit since then.

Good benefits, good pay that's it nothing more there isn't twenty positive words to attribute to the company. Oh free soda!

Cons

Delivery driver take everyone's responsibility. Is always drivers fault. Had a ramp fold in half. Crummy equipment crummier management. They showed no concern for my health or well being, just asked if the ramp is operable
