      Pros

      Great place to work at times. Depends on the location you are at and if your location is subject to "clicks" or not. The mission of the company is fantastic, and customers are well taken care of. Lots of support if your immediate manager supports you. The bank generally hires really good people. Genuine people. The products and services the bank offers are fantastic.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance. Lower pay than the competition. Turnover is very high.

      When buying up other banks to grow they care nothing for those employees and will not make any effort to hire you in.
