      Nicolet has a true family feel and really invests in you as an employee. People that have been here long term have such a great passion for the Nicolet culture, it is contagious! It is so nice going to work knowing that your coworkers and manager truly care about you.

      Cons

      Annual increases depend on your manager finishing your review which can lead to long delays.
