      Pros

      I can't think of any pros whatsoever.

      Cons

      NNB has the worst IT dept I have ever worked for. If you want a manager that doesn't listen to any of its dept, this is the workplace for you. If you want a company that doesn't give you your bonus you've earned, this is the company for you. If you don't want to get a raise of performing well the whole year, this is the company for you.

      Pros

      Fantastic atmosphere; you can really tell the company cares about its employees and wants to do what is best for them. Everyone is happy to help and competent at their jobs. I never felt uncomfortable asking for help or passing a customer along when I didn't have answers for them. I absolutely loved my customers and loved helping them with whatever I could.

      Cons

      Sometimes the upper management could make decisions without seeking any opinions of those on the frontline. At one point, I heard news of the company from a media outlet before I heard it from the company itself. This only happened once though, and I would still highly recommend Nicolet as a great place to work.

      Pros

      No micro management Open, friendly, and fun culture Company as a whole is always trying to improve for customers AND employees Owners are approachable and great leaders! Opportunities to grow if you take initiative to find them

      Certain areas of communication need improvement
