Global Operations: It's enlightening to be a part of a company that operates on such a vast global scale, showcasing best practices. Supportive Immediate Team: My immediate colleagues were knowledgeable, supportive, and a pleasure to work with.

      Disconnected Leadership: There was a noticeable gap between the leadership and the rest of the organization, making it hard to feel aligned with company goals. Impersonal Atmosphere: Felt more like a number than an individual. The company lacked a warm, personable touch. Lackluster Salary: Compensation was below industry standards, which didn't align with the responsibilities and the quality of work expected.
