A well established and cutting edge company that cares about the success of each team member as much as the success of the company as a whole. Many great benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Cons

In Apr 2022 I lost stock options. I think it says something about a company that won't allow its employees to become personally invested in their work. Overall great experience otherwise.

Good pay for 3-5 years of experience

Cons

Work environment is quite silo'd away from different teams. Management style is too much on the direct management's discretion. Having a single point of failure can be detrimental to the team's overall morale and success.
