Pros

Work/Life balance is present, small company so you get to see a lot of different things.

Cons

HR has become useless. Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Not a lot of opportunity to grow, small company so you wear a lot of hats. Hourly employees are treated like second class citizens.

A great company is nothing more than great people working together. NK is a great company.

Pros

NK is an exciting, challenging and fun place to work. We provide real solutions to our customers problems, which is exciting. Those solutions are not easily developed, which is challenging. And the others I work with are intelligent, creative and respectful, which is fun.

Cons

There is always more to do than we can cover, so that's stressful at times. I'm thankful that's the worst problem we tend to have.

Pros

Full time benefits US made products Charitable 401K Yearly bonus Opportunities are equal for all Undoubtedly a decent resume builder.

Cons

Poor management, people ratting each other out over petty occurrences, front office employees treat assemblers poorly, no raises, HR unfair to employees, took away employees grace time to clock in at 7AM and then started warning employees of tardiness. They do not give employees enough break time for the long 9-10 hr days worked. Unorganized work stations. Occasion theft of employees belongings occasionally occurred.
